Most realtors have the heart of a counsellor; to do our job well, we need to listen, really listen to our clients true motivations and needs and desires and guide them towards their goal. It requires empathy, a genuine desire to connect with and help people. It requires a thorough professional knowledge base that is always changing. Real estate can be a very challenging process as it involves important long term financial decisions and commmitments and it's a realtor's job to try to avoid problems and educate as much as is possible. 

Whether buying or selling, needing a new roof, or getting a house painted, whether the need to refinance comes up, or just everyday questions, I try to provide answers.
